Historia kamienicy…

Początki istniejącej współcześnie kamienicy sięgają II połowy XIX wieku. W 1872 roku parcelę kupił Ludwik Okryński, który rozpoczął budowę od zachodniej oficyny. W roku 1887 nieruchomość nabył Bolesław Oskierko, a kolejnym właścicielem w roku 1893 był Adolf Suligowski.

Dom był wznoszony w kilku etapach, na przełomie XIX i XX wieku powstał jej front. W roku 1944 budynek został nieznacznie uszkodzony.

Najnowszą częścią kamienicy są dwie oficyny: wschodnia oraz tylna, które powstały za czasów rodziny Vogtman w XX wieku. Od 1893 roku aż do lat 50-tych XX wieku nieruchomością zarządzał Ludwig Vogtman oraz kolejne pokolenia rodziny.

W ramach prac renowacyjnych kamienicy Wilcza 19, wymienione zostały stropy, stolarka okienna i drzwiowa oraz wszystkie instalacje. Dla wygody mieszkańców klatki wyposażono w windy. Built in 1887 and consistently expanded with new outbuildings until the second half of the 20th century, the building was one of the few that survived the war with minimal damage to the building and architectural substance. The tenement house was restored and revitalized under the watchful eye of the conservator of monuments in 2020.
