Kinds of rooms:

1. Room size – 12 sq. m. for one or two people; rent per month: 900PLN (free at this moment)

2. Room size – 15 sq. m. with balcony for two people; rent per month: 1000PLN (free at this moment)

Utilities are not included in the rent. It's a fixed sum of a PLN 200 paid monthly per person.

The room is equipped with a bed, desk and wardrobe, the flat is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, gas cooker and microwave.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment: the first one has a shower, while the other is the water closed.

You can neither smoke nor have pets in the flat.
